TERMS OF SERVICE

THE SHORT VERSION

Nico Z Trading Cards is a small, collector-run shop. By buying from nicozambrano.com or our eBay store you agree to these terms. We keep them short because we would rather spend the time packing your cards well.

PRODUCTS AND AUTHENTICITY

Every card we sell is personally inspected. Graded cards ship in their original slabs exactly as pictured. Mystery box contents vary by design; the guaranteed items listed for each tier are always included.

Cards shown on the site without a live listing are showcase examples, marked as such, and are not current inventory. Our live inventory is on our eBay store until the on-site checkout launches.

PAYMENT AND PRICES

All prices are in US dollars. On-site payments are processed by Stripe. Purchases through eBay follow eBay's checkout and buyer protection.

SHIPPING

Orders are packed by hand and ship within 2 business days to the United States and Mexico. Full details are on the Shipping Info page.

RETURNS AND ISSUES

If an order arrives damaged or not as described, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right — replacement or refund. Mystery boxes are final sale once opened, except for damaged or missing guaranteed items.
